Reflexology

A Gentle Way to Support Your Wellbeing

Reflexology is a wonderfully relaxing, non-invasive therapy that works by applying gentle pressure to specific reflex points on the feet, hands, or face. These reflex points are believed to correspond with different parts of the body, helping to encourage balance, relaxation, and a greater sense of wellbeing.

Many of my clients tell me that simply taking time out to relax is one of the biggest benefits of their treatment. In today's busy world, we often spend so much time looking after everyone else that we forget to look after ourselves. Reflexology gives you the opportunity to slow down, switch off, and allow your body and mind to truly relax.

My aim is to create a calm, comfortable space where you can completely unwind while supporting your body's natural ability to restore balance

How Reflexology May Help

During your treatment, I work on carefully selected reflex points that correspond with different organs and systems throughout the body. While reflexology doesn't diagnose or cure medical conditions, many people find it helps them feel more relaxed, balanced, and better able to cope with the physical and emotional demands of everyday life.

Many clients choose reflexology to support them with:

  • Stress and anxiety

  • Poor sleep or insomnia

  • Digestive discomfort, including IBS

  • Headaches and migraines

  • Back pain and joint discomfort

  • Hormonal changes, including PMS and menopause

  • Fertility support

  • Sinus congestion

  • General wellbeing and relaxation

Because every person is unique, each treatment is adapted to your individual needs on the day.

Pre- and Post-Natal Reflexology

Pregnancy is an incredible journey, but it can also place extra demands on both your body and your emotions. Pregnancy reflexology offers a gentle opportunity to relax, slow down, and enjoy some well-deserved time for yourself.

My pregnancy reflexology treatments are gentle, calming, and always tailored to how you're feeling on the day. My priority is that you feel safe, comfortable, and completely cared for throughout your appointment.

If you're trying to conceive, reflexology can be a lovely way to support your overall wellbeing as part of a healthy lifestyle, helping you to relax and prepare your body for the journey ahead.

I do not carry out reflexology treatments during the first trimester of pregnancy (the first 12 weeks). Once you reach your second trimester, and provided your pregnancy is progressing normally, I will be delighted to welcome you for treatment.

As you move into the final weeks of your pregnancy, your body naturally begins preparing for birth. From 37 weeks onwards, pregnancy reflexology can be a wonderful way to help your body prepare for labour by encouraging deep relaxation and supporting your body's natural processes. Many mums-to-be tell me they leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more connected with their body as they look forward to meeting their baby.

Every pregnancy is unique, so before your first appointment we'll take the time to discuss your health, your pregnancy, and any concerns you may have. This allows me to tailor your treatment to you, ensuring you feel confident, relaxed, and well looked after from the moment you arrive.
