Massage Therapy

Thai Foot and Leg Massage
Thai Foot and Leg Massage is a wonderfully relaxing treatment that helps ease tired, aching feet and legs while encouraging your whole body to slow down and unwind.
Rooted in traditional Thai healing practices, this treatment combines soothing massage, gentle stretching, acupressure, and rhythmic movements to release tension and encourage healthy circulation. The treatment is performed on a massage couch, and you remain fully clothed throughout, allowing you to feel comfortable and completely at ease.
During your session, I work on your feet and lower legs using a combination of hands-on techniques and traditional massage tools where appropriate. Gentle thumb pressure, rocking, stretching, and compression movements help release tightness, reduce feelings of heaviness in the legs, and promote a deep sense of relaxation.
Many clients tell me they feel lighter, more energised, and as though they are "walking on air" after their treatment.
Whether you've been on your feet all day, spend long hours sitting at a desk, or simply feel your legs need some extra care, this treatment offers the perfect opportunity to pause, relax, and give your hardworking feet and legs the attention they deserve.
You'll leave feeling refreshed, rebalanced, and ready to step back into your day with a renewed sense of comfort and ease.
Dry Cupping Therapy
Dry cupping is a form of manual therapy that aims to help reduce muscle and joint tension while supporting circulation and relaxation. Unlike traditional massage, which applies pressure into the tissues, cupping uses gentle suction to lift and decompress the skin, fascia, and underlying muscles.
The vacuum effect created by the cups encourages blood flow to the treated area, helping to ease muscle tightness, improve circulation, support tissue mobility, and promote a deeper sense of relaxation. After treatment, temporary circular marks or areas of discolouration may appear. This is a normal response caused by increased blood flow and capillary activity. The marks are usually painless and naturally fade within a few days.
Full Body Dry Cupping & Massage Therapy
This comprehensive treatment is designed to support the body through areas of ongoing tension, muscular restrictions, and physical stress. The extended session allows time to assess and work through multiple areas using a combination of massage and dry cupping techniques.
The treatment focuses on releasing built-up tension, improving circulation, enhancing tissue movement, and helping the body feel more relaxed and restored.
Ideal For

Chronic muscular tension and stiffness
Full back, neck, and shoulder tension
